February 13, 2008

According to Meniketti.com, Y&T, KROKUS, SKID ROW and L.A. GUNS are among the confirmed bands for the Javelina Harley-Davidson Festival, set to take place July 11 in Boerne, Texas. No further details are currently available.

TheRighttoRock.com recently issued a podcast featuring an interview with vocalist/guitarist Dave Meniketti of Y&T. Dave discusses the band's latest release, "Live: One Hot Night", as well as the group's current tour.

The interview lasts approximately 45 minutes and can be downloaded at this location.

Locomotive Records released the two-DVD/CD set "Live: One Hot Night" by Y&T in North America in August 2007. This Netherlands show, recorded in October of 2006, comes complete with a bonus DVD containing backstage aftershow "meet-and-greet" segments. You also get to go to the pre-show soundcheck as well as view the outtakes from the concert itself. Rounding out this must-have package for any Y&T fan is a photo gallery, a special clip from 2006's Bang Your Head!!! festival and an accompanying CD of the Netherlands show.

Fan-filmed video footage of Y&T performing the song "Hungry for Rock" on December 1, 2007 at the Mystic Theater in Petaluma, California can be viewed below.
